Break-Up Literature. An Interview with LB Harpdog
Have you ever been inspired to write a series of books due to a relationship break-up? LB Harpdog has published book three of a five book series about the love of the relationship before the break-up. LB fictionalize the true love story by making it a Paranormal Romance. 1. Did you want to be a writer as a child?
No, an interior designer
2. What inspired you to publish your first book?
A heartbreak. The woman l loved and I couldn’t be together
3. Some people have fears of publishing a book. What encouraged you to publish despite of any fears?
I wanted to share how I felt about my soul-mate with the world.
4. What were three things your learned about the publishing process?
1) Edit… many, many times, and read your story out loud.
2) The right book cover will determine if people will read your book.
3) Learned how to write a blurb, a query, and an excerpt.
5. What was the most surprising thing your learned in the process?
Putting my book in the correct genre.
6. What advice would your present self, give to your past self about publishing books?
Learn to edit and fix grammars yourself instead of paying others to do it.
7. What is the title of your latest book?
MIND NIGHT BLUE Series
8. What is a brief summary/synopsis of the book?
Sci-fi, Paranormal Romance, and Erotica mixed. This story is about 5 flawed characters’ lives that intertwine. Juju whose dangerous past is unknown to even her. LB, a protector who’s past comes to haunt him at the worst time. Lady, who only wants her soul-mate back. Attacker, who matters minds everything out of jealousy. Guy, who will let no man or Bampire to dominate or look down on him.
This addictive, suspenseful, and mysterious story will have you craving one night with a Bampire. The you feel the pain, the hurt, and even experience the sex on another level.
Once you start, you will wish you had a one night with a Bampire.

9. What inspired/encouraged you to write this book?
A promise to my Ex-girlfriend that I would write a story about our love even if we never end up together

Paranormal Fantasy, Paranormal Romance, Paranormal Erotica

Yes… two other books. WALLS AROUND MY HEART & HEARTS DAY RED

I would say my ex-girlfriend. I would love for her to write her responses to my questions. It would be amazing to see how she would answer
15. What lesson(s) have you learned in 2021 that you will use in 2022?
Patience and persistence are very hard, but important. So, if you ever wanted to give up…. don’t.
