Love Your Enemies Poem
Haiku
Hearts’ transformation, Love blooms where foes once stood tall, Unity’s embrace.
Sonnet
In shadows of discord, a challenge lies,
To love our foes, where bitterness resides,
Yet in this quest, a truth begins to gleam,
For love’s embrace can mend what once did seem.
In hardened hearts, a change can still take birth,
When kindness blooms, it spreads its gentle mirth,
For enemies are but mirrors of our soul,
Reflecting parts that seek to make us whole.
To love a foe, a noble path to tread,
Requires strength to rise above the dread,
To see beyond the differences that part,
And find the human thread that warms the heart.
In loving enemies, we truly find,
The power to heal, to unify, to bind.
Villanelle
In shadows deep, where enmity resides,
A challenge rises to embrace the foe,
Through love, a bridge across vast divides.
