Vegan Fudgy Brownies Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
Add applesauce, vegetable oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
Pour batter into a greased 8x8 inch baking pan.
Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let cool before cutting into squares.
